Start with a 15-minute phone consultation with the therapist of your choice to make sure their expertise aligns with your goals. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll guide you through registration and help schedule your first session.
FIRST SESSION
Your therapist will learn about your history, current concerns, and goals. You'll discuss what to expect and create a plan together.

How nutrition counseling works with us:
INITIAL assessment
Your first session (60-75 minutes) covers your health history, current eating patterns, goals, and challenges. You and your provider create a personalized plan together.
follow-up sessions
Schedule follow-ups with your provider at a pace that works for you. You will work together to track progress, adjust strategies, and address questions along the way.

Access resources, meal ideas, and educational materials through your client portal. Message your dietitian with questions.

Our live virtual yoga classes bring the studio experience to your home. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, you'll find classes that challenge, restore, and support your body and mind. All levels welcome—we'll guide you through every pose.

what is yoga?
Yoga is a practice that connects breath, movement, and mindfulness. It can be energizing or calming, strengthening or restorative—depending on the style and your intention.
what do I need?
Just a quiet space and a yoga mat (or even a towel). We'll guide you through everything else.
what if I’m not flexible?
You don't need to be! Yoga is about working with your body as it is today, not achieving a "perfect" pose. Our instructors offer modifications for every level.
how do virtual classes work?
Sign into your account and book your preferred classes. A link to join will be sent via email. At your session, turn your camera on or off - whatever feels comfortable. Instructors provide verbal cues and demonstrations.
The essentials
We’ll guide you.

A: We recommend starting with Gentle Yoga or Restorative Yoga. Both are beginner-friendly and move at a slower pace. Our instructors always offer modifications.

A: Just a yoga mat or soft surface. Optional props like blocks and straps can be helpful, but household items (books, belts) work great too.

A: Comfortable clothing you can move in. No need for special yoga clothes—whatever feels good.

A: Absolutely. Some people prefer camera-on for form feedback, others prefer privacy. Totally your choice.

A: Encouraged! Listen to your body. Instructors offer options for every pose, and resting is always an option.
