New to yoga?

We’ll guide you.

  • A: We recommend starting with Gentle Yoga or Restorative Yoga. Both are beginner-friendly and move at a slower pace. Our instructors always offer modifications.

  • A: Just a yoga mat or soft surface. Optional props like blocks and straps can be helpful, but household items (books, belts) work great too.

  • A: Comfortable clothing you can move in. No need for special yoga clothes—whatever feels good.

  • A: Absolutely. Some people prefer camera-on for form feedback, others prefer privacy. Totally your choice.

  • A: Encouraged! Listen to your body. Instructors offer options for every pose, and resting is always an option.

  • A: Live classes are not recorded to protect participant privacy. We may offer recorded on-demand classes in the future.
