Getting comfortable (5-10 min)
Your therapist will introduce themselves, explain confidentiality, answer any questions about the process, and help you feel at ease.Sharing your story (30-40 min)
Your therapist will ask about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, relevant history, and what you're hoping to achieve. You share as much or as little as feels comfortable—there's no pressure.Creating a plan together (10-15 min)
Based on what you've shared, your therapist will discuss their initial thoughts, suggest an approach, and collaborate with you on goals and next steps.Questions & scheduling

Yoga is wonderful for stress management, movement, and mind-body connection. Many clients benefit from combining services—let us know if you'd like help deciding.

A: No referral necessary. You can schedule directly or reach out with questions first.

A: Start by looking at provider specialties that match what you're working on. Read bios to see whose approach resonates with you. You can also schedule a free 15-minute consultation with a provider before booking your first full session. If you'd like guidance, contact us and we'll help you find a good fit.

A: Most providers have availability within the week. There is no waitlist. You can check individual provider profiles and reach out to our team for current availability.
Getting Started

A: All our therapy and nutrition sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform (similar to Zoom). You'll receive a link after booking. Just click to join from your computer, tablet, or phone. We'll send setup instructions before your first session.

A: You can cancel or reschedule through your client portal, or with us over phone/email. For therapy and nutrition services, we require 48-hours notice. After that time, a late-cancellation/no-show fee applies and is equivalent to the cost of the session.

A: Session lengths vary by provider and type of service. Chat with your provider about how long they recommend for your specific needs.

A: This depends on your needs and goals. Most therapy clients start with weekly sessions, then may move to biweekly as they progress. Nutrition clients often meet every 2-4 weeks. You and your provider will decide together what works best.
Sessions & Scheduling

A: All providers are licensed to serve clients in California. You must be physically located in California during sessions.

A: If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. Our services are not designed for crisis intervention.

A: We are primarily a virtual platform. All services are provided via secure video. However, based on your specific needs, in-person sessions may be decided between you and your provider.

A: Absolutely. The therapeutic relationship is important, and we want you to feel comfortable. Let us know and we'll help you transition to a different provider.

A: We use a private pay model and do not take insurance. However, we can provide detailed superbills that you may submit to your insurance company if you have a PPO plan that accepts out-of-network reimbursement.

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through your client portal. If you are paying for therapy or nutrition counseling, you may use an HSA/FSA card.

Individual Therapy: $195-$375
Couples Therapy: $225-$600
Family Therapy: $500-$540
Groups & Workshops: $70-$75 per meeting

A: We currently don’t offer a sliding scale or financial assistance program. However, we understand that affordability matters and are happy to help you explore ways to make care more accessible, such as superbills for PPO reimbursement or referrals to trusted community providers who may offer reduced rates.
