I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about supporting individuals who are ready to take back their power and live with authenticity and meaning. My clients include professionals and creatives navigating life transitions, trauma, grief, or chronic stress who want to live with greater authenticity and ease.

Trauma, grief, and loss can temporarily disconnect us from our authentic selves, and existential questions may arise about the meaning and purpose of life. My approach focuses on helping you reconnect with who you already are, so you can meet life’s challenges with clarity and resilience.

My background includes specialized training in oncology, chronic illness, pain management, and grief and loss, as well as extensive experience working with adults, couples, and groups. I also bring a background in music and art therapy, integrating creative and experiential approaches when appropriate.

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. As a current PhD student in Mind-Body Medicine and Applied Psychophysiology, I draw on holistic, evidence-based tools to support lasting emotional well-being.
